Looking Up Forsyth County Arrests

Start with the question, then follow the record to its official custodian. Use this channel-complete sequence for a recent Forsyth County arrest, a released booking, or an older arrest report:

A highway arrest or crash investigated by State Highway Patrol belongs with the state channel, not FCSO merely because it occurred in Forsyth County. Wake Forest University Police, UNC School of the Arts Police, and Winston-Salem State University Police also retain reports they initiated. Calling the likely office first can prevent a trip to the wrong downtown counter.

WSPD's local arrest product is free and uncertified. It covers arrest records maintained by WSPD, including WSPD and FCSO arrests held there, but it does not include court dispositions.
